My sister Jana has twins and she likes to make them each their own individual cake for their birthday (which I think is a great idea!). I love to help her because we get to do something that we both enjoy and we get to spend fun time together. This year she decided to have a costume party since their birthday is in October. It was a fun party and we had good time coming up with spooky cake ideas. We thought a spider and a mummy would be cute, so here is what we came up with. I decorated the spider and she decorated the mummy. This was our first time experimenting with fondant. We actually made our own fondant and it worked out perfect for the mummy. Jana did an amazing job on her mummy. I was really impressed. The boys loved their cakes and that is the most important part!

I can not believe that you made those. I mean I can believe it but...wow they are amazing! You have definite mad skills girl.
