I had a neighbor hire me to make an Angry Birds birthday cake for her son. She told me that she trusted me to create it any way that I wanted to. This is what I came up with and I think it turned out to be a fun cake! I baked a cake in a small Pyrex bowl to make the round bird. It turned out really well and I loved that it was edible. I also made the pig out of cake/frosting. The structure that the pig is under is made out of Kit Kat's. My friend was happy with the cake and that made me happy! I love coming up with a plan and then seeing the outcome. I should really take some cake decorating classes someday though so that I will know how to correctly decorate and pull off different techniques. Someday, someday.....
